Vijaya Sutta

Whether Walk or stand
Whether sit or lay down
If we bow or straighten body
It is only movement from body

Bones and muscles
Covered by flesh membrane
This body covered by skin
That makes not to be seen the truth.

Body consists of intestine and bounce
Liver, water bubble
Heart and lungs
Kidney and spleen

With snot, slime
Sweat, lymph,blood
And fat.

Through nine holes
Continuous dirt out
Dirt eye from eye
Dirt ear from ear

Snot flow through nose
Sometimes bile and phlegm sprewed out
Dirt and sewat out from body.

There is brain in head cavity
Stupid person because of foolness
Assume this body is very good thing.

If this body die, as corpse
In the grave, swollen, bruise and
Useless, relatives did not want anymore.

That remains were eaten by dog
Wolf, hyena dan worms
Roven, vultures and
Others animal.

In this world, the wise student
After heard buddha’s words
Truly understand, because
He saw the way it is.

Like this, this body.
Like that, this body will happen.
Get rid of the chains from this body.
Whether it is private or outside.

The wise student, who free from .
Wants and attachment.
He will attain Nibbana.
Permanent calm and free from death.

Two-legged dirty body.
That bring stink.
Full of dirt.
Out from several places..

If only with this body.
People think themselves high and.
Look down other people;.
What’s the matter? Only Fool!.
