By honoring the Buddha
the supreme benefactor and medicine
may all misfortunes and suffering be destroyed through His power. 

By honoring the Dhamma
the ultimate medicine that pacifies passions
may all misfortunes and fears be eliminated through its power. 

By honoring the Sangha
the worthy, noble medicine
may all misfortunes and diseases be dispelled through their power.
